Pre-sales
Our sales team will help customers select the appropriate materials based on the application of their products and actively participate in tasks such as mold development and machining/forming, providing a variety of solutions to meet customers’ diverse needs.
Specifically, sales professionals first conduct in-depth research into the application fields of customers’ products (such as automotive parts, appliance housings, packaging materials, medical devices, etc.), their operating environments (including high and low temperatures, weather resistance, and corrosion requirements), and their core performance needs (such as strength, toughness, flame retardancy, and environmental compliance levels). Based on this, they leverage the material properties and technical specifications of the company’s various plastic pellets—such as PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA, and more—to tailor cost‑effective material solutions for each customer.
To meet customers’ new product development needs, we will establish dedicated project teams that participate throughout the entire process of mold structure design review, providing support for key parameters such as material flow and shrinkage rates. We proactively mitigate molding risks and can also offer small-batch trial samples to help customers complete sample production and performance testing, ensuring that materials are highly aligned with product R&D requirements.

During Sale
Our technical staff also provide customers with process guidance for the production workflow and deliver on-site technical services. Based on the type of production equipment used by the customer—such as injection molding machines, extruders, blow molding machines, and more—as well as the specific production conditions, our technicians develop customized process parameter plans that cover processing temperature, pressure, injection speed, cooling time, and other critical factors. During the initial material production phase, we send technicians to the customer’s facility to provide on-site guidance, helping operators become familiar with the material properties, fine‑tune equipment parameters, and resolve common issues such as weld lines, sink marks, warping, and flash. At the same time, we continuously monitor production stability and offer professional recommendations to help customers optimize their production processes and enhance production efficiency, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
After-sales
Our technical staff are always ready to assist customers and promptly resolve any issues they encounter. We have established a rapid response mechanism: customers can report problems through multiple channels such as phone, WeChat, and email, and our technical team will respond within a short time and provide initial solutions.
For issues arising in subsequent production—such as fluctuations in material performance, adjustments to processing techniques, and product quality anomalies—we provide free technical diagnostics and tailored solutions. When necessary, we can collaborate with the company’s R&D team to tackle specific technical challenges. We conduct regular customer follow‑ups to gather usage feedback, understand customers’ future procurement needs, and offer value‑added services like material storage and batch management. At the same time, based on market demands and technological advancements, we promptly recommend higher‑quality, more suitable new plastic pellet products to help customers enhance their product competitiveness.
